Knowledge Skills, and Abilities Proficient in the Cyber Intelligence, Data Aggregation, Coding and Network Defense areas and the following:

  • At contract signing, meet DOD 8140/8570 standards at the 'CSSP Analyst' or 'CSSP Infrastructure Support' and 'IAT II" certification standards
  • Practical knowledge of and experience in changing system requirements. Current skills required include but should not be limited to; Threat deep-dive, network forensics, malware reverse engineering, Intel fusion; FireEye, Riverbed, StealthWatch, Inquest, ArcSight, Palo Alto.  It is the contractor's responsibility to train any replacements, and the Government is not responsible for training replacements nor will the government bear any cost in any form for the training of replacements.
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with microcomputer operating systems, application system software, and associated IT/IM automation.
  • Knowledge of information technology systems (software) programming, equipment, and its capabilities in order to install, maintain, secure, and support software.
  • Knowledge of the interfaces between hardware and software to determine compatibility of products, installation procedures, and parameter or configuration changes.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for the installation and implementation of complex information technology software systems to install software, apply patches/fixes, and resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of information processing and the principles of systematic problem solving to troubleshoot and test installations and designs.
  • Skill to identify problems, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
  • Skill to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others in the course of work in order to participate on projects.
  • Skill to organize and perform a conversion between generations or versions of computer systems in order to ensure accurate implementation, add functionality, fix existing problems, and meet business requirements.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities toward the successful accomplishment of a task, goal, or project.
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate technically and simply, both orally and in writing, with customers, communities of practice, peers, and stakeholders
