Manages large, complex administrative initiatives in support of projects.  May include management of the development of automated or non-automated systems, concepts, initiatives, and studies.  Reviews and approves all deliverables prior to submission to the task order project manager.  Identifies required subcontractors and vendors and recommends their use. May manage subcontractor work.  Approves subcontractor/vendor products for acceptance and invoices for payment.



Duties as described above.  BA/BS degree in business, management, or a related field is required.



Duties as described above and expanded to include:  Works directly for the task order project manager.  Provides advice and insight about probable effects and alternative solutions to administrative or serviced delivery problems.  Directs the activities of other technical specialists in completion of task order requirements.  Evaluates data and information to monitor status of ongoing operations.  Alerts task order project manager of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information.  MA/MS degree in business, management or a related field is required.
